Entrevista
My advice for people looking to interview at Starbucks is to thoroughly prepair for the interivew. I was 18 when I did my interview, and I thought I could handle it... I couldn't. I wasn't confident in any of my answers, because I didn't prepair. They ask pretty tough, personal questions... you really have to be able to come up with a specific answer on the spot.

Tell me about a time you feel you made a good decision?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
