Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Starbucks (Seattle, WA) en oct 2013
Entrevista
The interview process started with a phone interview. Next, there was an all day (about 6 hours) of serial 1:1 interviews. For lunch, they brought in a bag lunch and left me alone in a conference room for 45 minutes which was odd. Then, I never heard anything. A few weeks later, I got an email saying they weren't interested.

There had been a specific problem with a project and every person asked me about how I would handle that issue (basically, scope creep)-----except for the guy who asked me what book I had read last.

3 stages. Recruiter, hiring manager and director.
Not too challenging as they are new to Product, but the people were lovely.
Each one lasted around an hour.
Recruiter would call after to give any feedback available which I thought was great.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks!
Fairly long process. Included a few phone interviews followed by video call with the team and a project you present during the final interview with the person you report to and the team you’d be working with.

Too long but worth it in the end because they let you know immediately if you got the job. They do ask a lot of technical questions and want to know about your motivitation to work for this company.
