The most unprofessionally handled interview experience in my 20 year long career. Scheduled last minute, without consulting you before, so you have to change your plans if you want to take part, they dont give you a choice. Then you are thrown into a pit with other candidates which feels totally degrading. The founder is pretty clueless about marketing and has random chats with candidates in the middle of the interview. The recruiter is just as clueless about the hiring process, and despite being in the "selected group" of candidates I never heard back from them after an interview and a follow up task they asked me to do. Complete disrespect towards senior, experienced marketers.
