I was contacted via email with an invitation to interview, which included a scheduled date and instructions to teach a one-hour lesson. I delivered a poetry lesson as the first part of the process. This was followed by a formal interview, where I was asked a series of questions focused on classroom behaviour management, my teaching experience, and my approach to learning and curriculum delivery.
