I was contacted by a recruiter, who prompted me to apply for the position. After submitting my application and resume, I received a phone call from the office manager, who then set up a phone screen for me. After the phone screen, we set up an onsite interview. It was not much of an interview, and more of a shadow day. She asked me a few questions that morning, and then did not touch base with me after the shadowing, which I thought was strange. I was told that I would be in contact with the other office manager at a set time the following Monday, who was out of the office at the time and supposedly leading the interview efforts/making decisions. I prepared for the video call and sat by my computer awaiting the call for half of my day. I was never contacted by him, and ultimately received an HR email rejecting my application. I felt like I was strung along and not taken seriously, after spending ample time and money on a trip into New York for the interview process.

He was informed of ahead time that I lacked experience because I'm currently a senior in undergraduate, but he consistently kept mentioning it. In addition, Interviewer kept interrupting me. The interview only lasted for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
