I applied online and in less than a week a received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screening interview. The screening interview lasted about 30 minutes. She asked questions on my background, what programming languages I have experience with, projects that I worked on, and more things on my resume. After that, I received an email to set up another interview with the Hiring Manager, that interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. The hiring manager asked me more detailed questions about the projects that I listed on the resume, he also asked some technical questions, and my experience with Java and SQL. He also gave me more information about what the job was. About a week later, I received an email that they were going with a different candidate.

First round - Senior Developer at Staples (asked a lot from my resume and got down to coding level)
No feedback email - guessing I got rejected.
Recruiter screen, interview with Senior SWE, then hiring manager and director. Mostly discuss resume technical background, behavioral question and technical questions. The process took about 3 weeks. It took less than a month.

I had an interview for software developer 2 position, it was easy and straightforward. they give me requirement for project. I need to build the full stack application. Overall interview experience was good. but they need a candidate who had an knowledge more on frontend side.
