They asked me to prepare a presentation about a subject that excites me like a university project, thesis, etc. and there was no need to pick a subject related to Stantec. I put so much effort into the presentation since I really wanted to work there. However, after the presentation, interviewers complained about the irrelevancy of the subject with the work they are doing.
