First there was an Online application, after which there was Pymetrics Game (which basically tested skills relating to the main values and beliefs of the company, mostly fun games with one of them being a balloon popping game basically to see how likely you are to take risks) After this was Value assessments behavior (SJT), which basically was a hirevue, with pre-recorded answers. These questions presented scenarios in the office and asked how would you go about them. There then a final telephone interview.
