I applied online through their website on sept 2013 and finished the online assessments. I was hired shortly after by another company so I was not able to complete all the assessments. On late February 2014, I received a call from them asking if I would want to continue pursuing the position and they sent me the last assessment (work habits) to finish. Once I had finished this, I simply waited for a week and got a call to schedule my phone interview. The phone interview lasted around 45 minutes and involved questions regarding my previous work experience such as: what is the most difficult situation that you've come across? Name one example of a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker who was not and is not currently your friend. After that I waited another week and got an invite for the final stage of the recruitment process. I'm currently waiting for the final day of recruitment.
