I was referred for a job. The HR specialist called and we had our first phone interview. I was a little unprepared to say the least. Went through the usual questions; resume items, why banking, what is your working background, why work for Standard Chartered, what are you looking to achieve with them,... etc.
The harder part came for me when he started asking about the bank's products. I didn't even prepare for that and just said simple things like credit card, saving, investments product.
He was nice to correct me and was very polite about it. Very nice guy. He advised me to go to the company website to learn about the products for RM role.
He then scheduled a in-person interview for later that week.

There are 3 interview process, with HR, a over the phone interview and face to face interview with the manager. The process is relatively smooth and pleasant but have to make sure you are well prepared for any questions related to current market.
