Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Standard Chartered Bank (Londres, Inglaterra) en ene 2019
Entrevista
Kept waiting for ages in the reception area surrounded by junk imported from the far east. Building has a provincial back office atmosphere and the scruffiest staff I have seen in any firm. Alot of the staff here have been fired from other banks or have backgrounds in retail so their poor reputation and track record of misconduct by senior compliance directors is not surprising.
Interview by 2 low level inexperienced managers with bumped-up corporate titles and very little industry knowledge. Was supposed to receive info on topics to be discussed in the interview but they forgot to send them so the interview was quite short.
Overall quite amateurish with no feedback, just an auto generated email 6 months later saying the role had been filled.

Values based assessment which needed to be completed within 48 hours. This was then followed by three rounds interviews. Interactive and engaging interviews - felt I got to know them as people. HR was keeping me updated every step of the way and made the process smooth.
