Entrevista
1) Series of online tests in the following order - abstract, numerical, personality. relatively fast processing. I believe if you meet the standard of each test, then you get an invitation to the next one. Once you've passed the personality test, they'll invite you to submit your application
2) Phone Interview - Started off with questions regarding education, international exposure. Why do you want to work for SC, in that office/country. Followed by a few behavioral questions
3) In-person interview
first is behavioural test in alignment with the values of the company, group interview with hr and then with the lead of your department. applied to tech position even though didn't ask any specific technical questions,
online assessment with standard hr questions, ac round with group case study and panel interview with senior leaders in the bank. did not hearback from them after my ac round even though hr mentioned up to 2 week

general online hr format for screening and behaviour questions in ac interview
Relatively chill interview, focused more on fit than technicals. Superday consisted of 2 b2b interviews, followed by a group case study. Overall pretty satisfactory experience, friendly interviewers. Prepare a little for knowledge of bank etc.
