The interview process was straight forward. They ask a lot of scenario-based questions. If you research commonly asked interview questions, you should be fine. I would also suggest for you to go over your job spec.
Group interview held with all other applicants. It is not that hard if you are familer with client servicing. You all get asked similar questions and need to answer within the group interview.
