Very smooth and well-conducted. I enjoyed every moment of it. I felt like I got the job before the interview. The human capital was too friendly, and I loved it. They made sure that I feel catered for through the process.

2 stages. The first was with 3 panelists and the last one was a 1 on 1 session, which I found more challenging than the first honestly. I got to the background check stage but it fizzled and later got a declined.

Have you experienced change or difficult situation, how did you address or deal with it?
It was an online interview. One interview after 2 written assessments-IKM assessment and odyssey test. The assessments were fair and the interview was very relaxed. They got to know me first as an individual and then asked about current affairs. They then asked questions regarding my experience and academics. The panel was very friendly.

Apply through the application portal, do an assessment that cover GMAT question and then several interviews based on the role. Then the offer stage. You get asked basic expected questions actually.
