Phone and face interview. After one phone interview then visited office for face to face interview with manager. We talked more than 3 hours and confirm each others expectation. It's very simple and well organized.

From beginning to end - the interview process was a little long, and took multiple interviews with several executives but well worth the wait. One thing I noticed is that every interview felt more like a conversation between industry professionals. I was really excited when I received the offer.
