The recruiter was very approachable and communicated in a nice mix of casual and formal, making me feel very at ease. He was very transparent about the process and what we were waiting for (if any), and tried to inform me as early as possible if anything needed to be rescheduled. Client interview varies, but the (foreign) client hiring manager who interviewed me was warm and easy to converse with. She was honestly a bit easier to speak with and less demanding than hiring managers from local companies.
