Standard interview process. The 4 interviews were a mix of behavioral, leadership, project work, system design, and code / review. It took a few weeks to get through them all.
The interviewers usually have very thick Chinese accents which makes it very hard to understand the important parts of the question in the first place. Also, their interjections are not very helpful because you have to ask them to repeat after themselves 3-4 times.
Sidenote: Their entire engineering team is basically international students from China, Punjab, and Iran looking to settle in the country and get an easy PR. So that they can be exploited after. They do not support local Canadian talent. An investigation should be performed on their hiring practices because it is anti-Canadian.
Some of these interviewers would barely even show their entire face during the interview on top of the fact that you can't understand what they are saying most of the time. Extremely impolite.
