Five interviews to finally get the job. Rejected twice. On the third chance, I had to pass 4 levels of recruitment to sign the job offer, even though they had interviewed me extensively. Lots of questions on Forbes standards of service, wine, and cocktails. The F&B Director asked me to recite the Ritz Carlton Credo (mission statement) where I worked. Though!
Was very unprofessional. The manager was not prepared and had me waiting for over an hour before he even acknowledged I was there. I felt as if he did not care about the success of his department.
