The interview was rather informal. Topics included religion, personal beliefs and experiences of the interviewer. Honesty in a prospective employee was stressed. Holistic treatment methods utilized for the treatment of addiction were described. The interviewer's highly reactive allergies were discussed as well as scents to avoid wearing in the work environment. The interviewer became emotional during the interviewing process while describing her beliefs. It was an unusual experience.
