Process was informal and personable. There are 3 stages to the interview process, but only made it to the first round. Overall it was a great phone call and I felt comfortable and conversational. My only negative feedback that I would have is that I was told after the initial phone screening that I would be hearing from the hiring manager by the end of the week as to if I was moving on the next stage. The end of the week rolled by and I did not receive any communication. The following week I reached out to the girl who I initially interviewed with and she was quick to get back to me breaking the unfortunate news. I do wish Sprout would give insight as to why I was not selected to move forward. It is always helpful to have insight as to if it was experience that was lacking or maybe something else.
