This company will underpay you. They require current salary info to drive down offers...stay away
After interviewing, I was told that the management team wanted me for the position and were putting together an offer. However, before an offer could be made, they required that I provide my current salary and proof. I declined to provide this information, and that was enough for the hiring team to stop the process. This told me two things:
-this company pays well under market value
-based on qualifications and the interview, I was the right person for the job. Refusing an offer for refusing current salary tells me that the leadership at Springs doesn’t make very intelligent or well thought out decisions.

Entrevista
Applied on Springs' website and was scheduled for a brief phone screening within a week. Screener called and lacked interest, was only ab out a 7mn call confirming that what was on my resume was accurate and told "we will be in touch within a week if we want to proceed". A few days later was scheduled for a Teams interview with the director of the project management office. Call was smooth, relatively standard questions-definitely felt they were just reading off a list to say it was done rather than organically try to drive a conversation. Around a week and a half later received a generic "we've decided to proceed with candidates more in line" without any real feedback.
