Was asked to prepare a full lesson plan and a 10-15 presentation. This is fine, but was unexpectedly met with a whole group of people. Was asked a variety of questions about dealing with students, as well as some strange and amateur questions that were completely irrelevant to the position (they were just reading off another screen during the interview). After that, I was ghosted and ignored when I asked about candidacy status. Unprofessional and rude behavior.
