Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Springer Nature (Londres, Inglaterra) en sept 2021
Entrevista
It was a remote interview with a relaxed and easygoing interviewer. The interview went beyond the allotted time by mutual agreement which was okay. I expected more difficult questions, but I think the point was to show how I could communicate technical solutions to non-tech colleagues. The initial interview lead to a second stage interview.

Great people - very passionate about Front-end, especially UX / accessibility, and seemed like a great ethos. Let down by red tape, poor/slow/bureaucratic communication, and seemingly a wide disconnect between the hiring teams, and development team(s).
Three stages across four weeks - 1) HR Contractor screening for 30min. 2) Ethos and Experience discussion with front-end manager for 1hr. 3) Technical interview with 2x developers for 2hrs, incl a practical test to implement a feature - no take-home test, and no fizzbuzz / circus trick questions.
Received detailed positive feedback, but was strung along for an additional ~8 weeks of "are you still interested", and "we're waiting for approval to proceed", etc. Eventually I stopped chasing them, and they never followed up.

- Telephonic general discussion
- Face to face technical discussion I was given an assignment and later evaluated.
- It was walk on cake and offer was released quickly as they know no one joins such a bogus company.
