Pre-interview was a timed task (45 minutes) where you had to read through a list of abstracts and highlight keywords and the field/journal it would be best published in. About 1 hour Interview by a panel of two employees, not the ones scheduled before the interview, following a script. Followed by a 5 minute task to write a response to an irate customer wondering when their manuscript would be published. Have yet to hear back either way so I assume I haven't got the job, other than that it was a good interview process.

I emailed twice to ask if there was any updates about my application as I did not hear back and I was ignored twice as I received no email back in reply. Says a lot about the company, makes me glad that I didn’t not get offered the job. Very poor.
