Applied on-line; felt really uncomfortable when their app asked for my address (it did not seem like an ATS) and furthermore; their questionnaire (optional) as to how I identify and my sexual orientation. It just really feels inappropriate

Phone screen with HR followed by a primary interviewer (hiring manager) followed by a panel of 5 interviews conducted over 2 days. The whole interview process took about 1.5 weeks. After the offer was made, a drug test and background check are required before employment is confirmed.
