I have three round interviews in total. This company is very unprofessional, They don't have a HR, The VP contacted me directly, After the first round she recommended me to apply accounting specialist. Then I went to the second round, which is an onsite interview. I talked with VP and the owner, Most of questions VP asked me were BQ, but questions that owner asked me are very personal and she's condescending, making me feel very uncomfortable. After that they ghosted me, as the owner said she's very busy in that time. After about two months, she let me to have an interview with one of their accountant. I agreed and I went. The accountant said she don't know what the owner is thinking if she needs to hire me or not. This is the most ridiculous interview in my life!
