45min Recruiter Screen 45min Hiring Manager Interview 3 45min interviews with senior leadership (panel, but separate) 30min interview with Director of team The entire process was quickly scheduled, the communication was great, and the interviews were more or less like a conversation. They are pretty transparent about the work environment (sounds a bit chaotic, but highly autonomous and problem-solving oriented). After 6 rounds, I didn't get an offer, so just know that there is a lot of time and prep that goes into this. Everyone I spoke with was lovely, very kind, and honestly the work sounded interesting. I am bummed out that I didn't get an offer, but I did have a few reservations due to how often "boundaries" came up in the interviews, usually in a defensive manner, rather than encouraging a healthy work environment!
