The interview process is very time consuming. They make you interview with a recruiter, then the Revenue Cycle Manager and Team Lead, Team members, then the VP of Operations. To go through all of this only to be told you weren't qualified, although you have all the qualifications in the job description, is quite harsh. Especially coming from a company specializing in mental health care. The job listing has been up for over 30 days which makes me wonder if they are trying to find investors and are listing jobs to show "company growth".

Tell me how you handle conflict with co-workers. Tell me about a time you didn't meet your goals, how did you handle it? How do you prioritize your work?

Entrevista
My recruiter had only been working for a few weeks with the company. I was immediately set up for 4 consecutive interviews and then contacted that that was an error. I was also told by my recruiter that he would be contacting me throughout the process but I did not hear from him once in 2 weeks after the initial call. Very scattered process left me with red flags. All of the interview questions were behavioral based. Not one process question that pertained to the job duties. Job duties never explained. Felt a lot more like a therapy session than an interview.

The strangest question was "where do you see healthcare in 5 years". Nothing to do with the job or what I could bring to it.
