I was ghosted by the recruiter. I applied online and received a quick response to share my availability for an interview. Apparently the dates and times were not good as the recruiter requested a different date and time. When I provided my availability, I got an out of office message. No problem. Things happen. When I didn't hear back for almost a week, I followed up and received no response. For the first time in my career, I was ghosted by a recruiter.

Entrevista
Several 1:1 interviews with a presentation at the final stage. It took around 6 weeks from start to finish; though I was left in the dark regarding my status as a candidate for two full weeks following my final interview. I also had to take a horrible personality/intelligence test to move to the second stage.

The interviewers used a standard question slate and were also friendly, warm, and somewhat informal. I met with three interviewers over the course of one day. Each interview lasted 45 minutes long.
