Probably the worst interview I've ever had and I have been in around 15 or so. l can't even think of the 2nd worse interview experience I've had. Interviewer was awkward and shy. It was like pulling teeth to get a conversation going about the job details and how the company operates. For a company with such growth you'd think they would invest a little bit more in talent acquisition.

According to my research, Spreetail almost exclusively employees young employees. Interviewer attempted to justify how young employees fit the "fun" culture. Check out company photos for proof. A turn off and wouldn't recommend.

Entrevista
I had two interviewers. Lots of behavioral and creative questions. Were really interested in what I had to say and very laid-back. Also received a tour of the office right at the beginning, which was great.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of a phone interview, panel interview and sample work assignment to present at the final interview. Everyone was very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had.
