The interview consisted 4 stages, the first stage was an aptitude test, followed by a microsoft excel test on data analysis, then an interview with the Team Lead and a final Case study test
The interview process was well structured and professional overall. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and clearly explained the role, expectations, and how the team operates.
I found the discussions to be engaging and practical, with a good balance between technical questions and real-life scenarios, which gave me a better understanding of the role.
Communication throughout the process was generally clear, and the experience felt organised and fair.
Overall, it was a positive experience that allowed me to showcase my skills while also gaining insight into the company and the role.
