Overall the interview process was ver opportunistic with application and interview happening within weeks. They did not offer much flexibility in terms of interview dates and the job description was very vague. However, the interview was very easy overall and I came out the process with a neutral view.

It was a casual and friendly interview process while still maintaining what is considered an appropriate level of professionalism. A high level of character seemed portrayed as vital in the role which was assuring.

Applied online, interviewed in-store, it was very informal. I was called to meet the manager in the stock room for a short interview, (about 15-20 mins) and was told that they would get back to me, but there was nothing in the end
