Three stages, the first of which was a phone interview with a recruitment person, followed by a face to face with line manager. This was followed by a face to face with a Director

It was a two-part interview, initially with HR and the Marketing Manager, followed be a second interview with Head of Marketing. There was no task involved as it was for a junior position, and there were a few technical questions surrounding various elements across retention & acquisition, but also some tougher questions regarding how you would react in certain situations that really see if you can think on the spot. The interviews themselves were friendly, but quite demanding as a lot of questions are asked.
