Recruiter set up two meetings via Zoom. First interview goes well but second was a mess due to recruiter moving the interview time last minute but not specifying time zone so caused unnecessary stress. I was told I would be a great fit for the role and would hear back in a week. Followed up with recruiter after a week and half and never received a response. I’ve since learned it is very common to make it far in the interview process and then ghosted by the recruiters.
