Hands down one of the worst companies I have ever interviewed at. I went through 6 rounds of interview and was told they would make a decision within the next two weeks since they really liked my skillset. Then six weeks later I was told that they were having internal changes and weren't sure about how this position aligns with the product team and they were not going to make a decision until they figured out the alignment of the position. You expect people to take six-seven hours of interviews and you aren't even sure if you can fulfill this position. The product director and leadership for IAM and Client platform engineering has literally no direction. Worst experience. AVOID!!!!!

Q: Tell me about a team you built a product that had an impact.
First round interview was with recruiter and pretty straight. Made it to second round interview with the hiring manager and thought that went decently well. I never heard back from them and was ghosted. No follow up email of any kind from the company.

Very good process and I love the experience of presenting a business process diagram. The questions were very situational experienced based on the role. Great feedback at the end of each interview panel.

Overall, the role sounded incredible and exactly what I was looking for in my next career move. However, the interview process left me with nothing but red flags due to the lack of professionalism and proactive communication from the team. Though I had mostly great conversations with the team, 2 of the 7 people that interviewed me immediately told me they hadn't prepared or even looked at my resume. During my 7th and final interview, I was told it was between me and another candidate. Then, I was ghosted. I contacted the recruiter and hiring manager more than once and wasn't provided feedback or a final decision on the status of the role. As of posting, it's been two weeks since my final interview. I'm just floored that a company of this size couldn't even muster a canned "we're moving in a different direction" email response after seven interviews of my time.
ETA: I finally heard from the hiring manager and the recruiter apparently left the company. So, there was certainly some lack of process and communication going on. Nevertheless, it was nice to get some clarity on what happened and why I was never informed of the status of my final interview.
