Terrible and unprofessional - Experience, The recruiter is so lame he will email you with ABC job position in title and email description would say completely non related XYZ position. He reached out and then disappeared forever even after sending multiple follow up emails until someone in management who had directly emailed me - I got his help to get a response. TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE recruiter !! Then upon having someone inside follow up - got scheduled for phone interview - the interviewer was sooooo passive aggressive - he mentioned he wanted to see my approach towards the programming problem - I derived a working solution ,he mentioned it was only to see how I approach it - WRONG !! They want coding monkeys who have mugged up or slogged coding questions not related to Test Automation Roles. He hardly touched upon the numerous technologies mentioned as requirements in the job req. I had pretty good hands on experience and understanding on most of them. Again, the recruiter did not communicate for weeks when the interviewer mentioned - "See you soon !" Again had to ping ex coworker now at splunk to follow up to find out - "feedback was not positive" Bunch of time wasters and mafia who only want to sneak in their referrals . Unless you have a strong referral from inside - DONT BOTHER trying - the recruiter wont reply nor would they give you a fair chance .
