Strange at best. The people I interviewed with were very cold and everyone I interviewed with told me work life balance is very difficult at the company and you have to work “start-up” hours. The hiring manager was very defensive when another person I interviewed with told me that the job provides a lot of autonomy and then told me that it wasn’t true. Also, when I went to the bathroom an employee was crying in the stall next to me. Could have been a personal matter but unclear.
