Only did phone screening but they decided not to go forward. The interaction was smooth, I resolved the coding problem, and the tech stack matched a lot with my current skill set. I was surprised of their decision, and still very confused. The recruiter was very unresponsive, barely replied emails. It took a month for the recruiter to get phone screening scheduled. Overall the interview experience with splunk was not so great.
