I had a phone conversation with the recruiter once my application was selected for review by the hiring manager. I then had a phone conversation with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience, and the needs for the business. About one week later, I met one-on-one with a series of technical and administrative stakeholders for the product in question.

Phone Screen began 2 months ago along with 5 interviews. After the last interview I was told that I would receive an update within a week. 3 weeks had past without me hearing anything. I finally reached out to a few other people from HR and got a response that the team decided to go with another candidate.

Entrevista
Applied through LinkedIn. Got a response next day from the recruiter. Spoke with recruiter about experiences and salary expectations. Phone screen with the hiring manager was scheduled quickly for following week. The interview went well and received a feedback the next day for onsite interviews. The process moved very quickly up till this point. Went for the onsite interviews. Met with three people - Senior manager, director and senior director along with the hiring manager and the recruiter. The interviews were very well organized and questions were very relevant to the job. The interview went very well.
Now, the recruiter told me they would reach out within a day or two.
Have not received any update till now, after several follow up emails. This is pretty saddening because everything till that point was so well organized. The recruiter has been very prompt in replying to emails and suddenly nothing. Silence !!
