I really liked how the interview process at SplitMetrics was organized. There were four stages: screening, a technical interview, system design, and the final round. I truly enjoyed interacting with the company at every stage. Everyone was very pleasant to communicate with, and the questions were reasonable and aligned with my expertise. I received feedback after each stage literally within an hour (sometimes even in 5 minutes). It was really nice not to be left waiting for feedback for several days. As a result, the process was so fast that SplitMetrics moved ahead of other companies I was interviewing with and ended up making me one of the first offers. I was delighted to accept it.
