I had in-person interviews at the New York headquarters, as well as some remote interviews via Zoom. I spoke with a diverse group of company leaders and my potential future team members. Each leader tested me with questions about how the product interacts with their departments, how I would handle tough situations, and my approach to product strategy and teamwork. There wasn't any homework or preparation material given, just in-depth conversations about my past experience and how I plan to tackle a new setting like Splice. Some leaders also brought up insightful questions regarding industry and technology trends.
