Worse interview experience I ever had- First question was pure maths which I answered almost correctly. Later questions were about xcode settings. The interviewer asked me how to use objective c code into swift I told him the process, but forgot to add that we need to enter header name in xcode settings. To which he said you are applying for sde2 you should know the entire process. Then I was asked if I have worked on swift UI, I said no , to which he asked me when it was launched and why I have not worked, I should have worked. No more questions this was the end.

My first round of interview was good(Approx 2.5 HRs). the second round interviewer asking the very old thing of iOS and expecting the same thing from me. As per my knowledge, he is not updated with the latest swift code and tech. for example. 1. view controller life cycle - I told "load view" is the first function, when we don't use XIB/Storyboard. But he does not agree with this. 2. Dynamic keyword use in swift - He does not agree that we use it for dynamic dispatch in swift. because swift is static type language. Please judge the person on right thing, it's my personal opinion, I am not raising the flag on someone's skill but it's my experience.
