Applied through online application, followed by 45 minute interview which consisted of presentation and questions, months later and then job offered months later again.
Very relaxed and welcoming.

Describe, in detail, one major structural family of an aircraft ie Wing Fuselage, in terms of forces exerted on them and how internal structures are designed to withstand the loading?
Online interview lasting 30 minutes - basic questions regarding motivation and experience. Concluded with technical questions regarding design and aerostructures. Interview was for Short Brothers (formerly Spirit AeroSystems Belfast, now an independent subsidiary after the Boeing acquisition).
