I applied to the position on Sep 15 and got invited to the next phase, a day after, which was an online assessment of 40 questions in 20 mins. The assessment was very challenging & exciting. A lot of problem solving and math problems. The test showed an indicator after each question whether the previous question was answered correctly. I finished the assessment with ALL questions correctly, which was very exciting and satisfying for me. I was surprised a week later with a rejection email, that didn't provide any reasoning. I replied to them asking for feedback since I scored a full grade in the assessment, but they never got back to me. Followed up again a week later but still no luck. I don't recommend applying at Spiralyze as I got rejected in an objective step where I took an assessment and had a perfect score. So there is some sort of bias in the process.
