      It was smooth with clear steps even though there were som reschedulings. 1) HR screening 2) Hiring Manger 3) Case study, They heavily focus on MEDDIC and time managment for the role play. The feedback was that I raised too much cold questions, wasn't assertive in the closing and didn't give depth in my account selection for the first exercise. Appreciate the feedback by phone, but an email rejection + call to explain would be better, Or esle, be ready for manage both scenarios pass the case or rejection via phone. My assumption is that you need to nail the case study since it's unavoidable that there is something missing, and you will. But the company seemed to be cool and great career growth for any candidate

      I have been contacted by one of their recruiter. After the third round with the hiring manager, they didn't even bother get back to me with a response. No follow up from their end until this day.

      Entrevista

      The process was underwhelming overall. 1. Recruiter screen - good experience 2. 1:1 with hiring manager - great experience 3. Presentation - unsure of the thinking behind 4. HR Screen 5. Final call with hiring manager The Presentation stage was done with two Account Executives, two people who don't have the capability to hire me. The feedback received from them via the recruiter was: - Did not dive deeper into MEDDIC questions - Did not identify Economic Buyer - Did not identify critical event The materials shared beforehand was that this was to be an outbound generated discovery call. To put the cherry on top, the recruiter then mentions that for all these reasons, they wouldn't put me through for the Senior AE role. I didn't apply for the Senior AE role.
