I applied online and got called in for an interview the next day. The interview was casual and took place in the store. It was very conversational where we mostly just talked over what the job was like and tried to get a feel for each other rather than asking a lot of questions. While the interview was enjoyable overall, the person interviewing me spent a lot of the time talking about the negatives of working there. About a week later, I got a call from the manager asking if I would be interested in working a different shift than I was initially looking for, which I ended up having to decline. This might not matter to some people, but it sort of rubbed me the wrong way since I was originally led to believe they were really in need of someone for the shift I had applied to. Overall, good for anyone new to working or really in need of a job, but the lack of professionalism within the company leaves a lot to be desired.
