The first interview was phone call with (assumingly) the dev team lead. He asked some behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions were not difficult but be aware and prepare some basic coding knowleges.
The interview process is just formal, there are two interviewers. The first part are behaviour questions and the second part is some coding question. Two interviewers are professional and would guide interviewee through the coding questions.
