Got reached out to by one of their recruiters after applying a month previous to have a quick phone screening. I met with two team members onsite (Stamford Office) for a behavioural and technical interview. Both were extremely friendly and welcoming and the interview itself was fairly relaxed, with both focusing on things like how I would go about handling conflict, how I stay up-to-date with different technology, my knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, etc. The technical interview was structured more like a technical discussion rather than live-coding and was focused more on how I would handle gaps in my technical knowledge rather than regurgitating facts and knowledge.
The second round interview was virtual and a bit more formal, talking with other members on the team and discussing how I can talk with stakeholders, examples of past jobs and projects and how I was able to extract insights from data, and other questions about my past and how they can be applicable to the job.
The recruiters were very active during the job interview process and I heard back the decision within 2 1/2 weeks.
