Screened by AI video, then phone then scheduled phone interview with dept. head. At appointed time dept. head was late, then did the call while driving. Invited me in for in-person with team members. Same screener set up 4 interviews. The 1st interviewer came down to lobby to retrieve me, 20 minutes late, and spent the time from that moment up the elevators and into his office on his phone. 2 of the people didn't come to the office that day and were unavailable to talk. The first interviewer was busy preparing a presentation and explained he had no time for me. The department head walked by, said hello in person and said she was preparing for the same meeting as the first interviewer. I was given a chair in an empty office and asked to wait. Someone who was not on the interview schedule came in, showed me some data and left. Another person who was also not on the schedule called in and told me what his job was. The impression I got was that the job wasn't that important to this group. From the robot screening to the interviewers' lack of interest, the process was impersonal and unprofessional. I take that back -- the "receptionist" - was very professional. He is a security guard. You don't just say "I'm here to see xxx" - instead, you face the camera that records your face - that, along with my personal information, went into a database somewhere without my permission. Each tiny step along the way added up to a huge red flat that I should have foreseen.

The process consisted of two interviews, one with the hiring VP and the second with another VP in the same organization. Both interviews were pretty routine and lasted for about an hour. I was very pleased with the process.
