I received a phone call from HR about the position. HR informed me the details of the position and explained what was needed before going into the interview. The interview was the next day on video chat and very easy. The interviewer ask me questions about how I could handle questions that might be difficult from customers or how to deal with customers that are angry or upset about their current plan through spectrum. Other questions like how can I navigate through different computer systems and multitask on the phone and email.
